Cancellation Policy
Please call in advance if you have to cancel or reschedule.
If you are running 15 minutes late (or less) to your appointment, please call ahead. Past 15 minutes, you may have to reschedule your appointment, or have a shorter service.
Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, it is considered a "no show" and a charge of 50% of the missed appointment will be required before rebooking.
All no show/cancellation fees can be accepted by e-transfer to info@elzandgreco.com.
